During the 2009 Climbing Wall Association Summit in Boulder, Co USAC will be putting on a Level 2 Regional route setting clinic.

The clinic, which will be held April 28th & 29th, will be taught by USAC National setters Chris Danielson and Kevin Branford.   Setters at the this clinic will learn the skills nessarsary to set at Regional and Divisional level competitions.

There are only 8 spots open so setters must apply for a chance to attend.  Find more information on the Clinic page.

USAC is calling all setters! If you have ever wanted to be a National setter then here is your chance.The 2009 SCS Youth Nationals is happening this July at Momentum climbing gym in Sandy, Utah.

Molly Beard, Chief for the event is looking to fill her team with experienced and psyched setters. She’s looking for 5 assistants, 2 apprentices and 2 interns.

Just like last year, the Youth National setting crew application process is open to all who can, and think they can, set for the big show. Even though there are a few qualifications you must posses, it will take more than just a good attitude to get on this crew.
