Congratulations to the 9 setters that took part in the first Level 2 Regional certification clinic. The clinic, held at the Boulder Rock Club in Boulder, Co was attended by setters from all over the country and taught by USAC National setters Chris Danielson & Mike Helt.

This clinic certified setters to set at either sanctioned ABS and SCS Regional comps. Setters had to demonstrate their proficiency in both bouldering and routes and were tested on many specific aspects of setting.

The instructors were very impressed by the caliber of setter that show up. The setters gave it their all and succeeded in passing either or both of the Bouldering and Sport-Climbing Routesetting Certifications.
