Kynan is the Operations Director for USA Climbing and has been setting professionally since 2000. He has turned wrenches for numerous ABS and SCS Championship events and World Cups and is one of three US routesetters to achieve IFSC International Routesetter Certification.

Kynan is (in)famous for his skills at hold modification, and is a proponent of all dual tex, all the time.
