Molly has been working with USA Climbing since 1996 when it was in it’s infancy as the JCCA (yes, she can tell you all the different names the organization has had and the years they go with!) She has set over 15 National events including 3 as Chief Setter and countless local, regional and divisional competitions. Molly has been a professional freelance route setter since 2006.

She was also the coach of the Stoneworks Junior Climbing Team from 1996 - 2010.
